TERMS OF USE

Welcome to VESTIGIA. This website is operated and managed by Da Costa Strategic Partner, a strategic consultancy firm based in Switzerland. By accessing this website and engaging with our private brokerage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

1. The Intermediary Role

 • Vestigia, under the direct management of Da Costa Strategic Partner, acts exclusively as a private intermediary, strategic facilitator, and proxy advisor. 

• We do not own, buy, store, or hold public inventory of high horology timepieces, grand complications, high jewelry, or investment gemstones, nor do we operate as a public retail merchant, boutique, or traditional dealer. 

• Our role is strictly to identify, source, match, and negotiate private off-market mandates between Principals (Buyers) and Owners (Sellers). 

• Any transaction resulting from our intermediation is governed by a separate, formal Bespoke Mandate Agreement and executed under a Success-Based Fee structure. 

2. Client Verification & KYC (Know Your Customer)

To maintain the utmost integrity and security within our international off-market ecosystem:

 • Access to sensitive asset dossiers, movement archives, serial numbers, gemological certificates (GIA, Gübelin, SSEF), or private vault viewings is strictly contingent upon preliminary identity verification (KYC) and Proof of Funds (POF). 

• Da Costa Strategic Partner reserves the right to refuse service, withhold documentation, or decline mandates to any party that fails to meet our internal compliance and due diligence standards. 

3. Strict Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure)

• All information provided by Vestigia regarding "Off-Market" timepieces, rare allocations, or private gemstones is strictly confidential. 

• Clients, partners, and representatives agree not to disclose asset details, serial numbers, provenance lineage, physical vault locations, or valuations to any third party without explicit written authorization from Da Costa Strategic Partner. 

• Unauthorized circumvention of our intermediary role or direct outreach to disclosed principals is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement under Swiss law. 

4. Limitation of Liability

While we oversee preliminary due diligence, provenance vetting, and gemological document validation on all mandates: 

• Technical descriptions, physical condition reports, movement integrity checks, and gemological certifications are based on documentation provided by respective owners, certified watchmakers, or independent gemological laboratories. 

• Da Costa Strategic Partner shall not be held liable for hidden mechanical defects, unrecorded historical modifications, or third-party laboratory re-evaluations. We strongly recommend independent professional inspections by accredited horological or gemological experts prior to final transaction execution. 

5. Intellectual Property

The brands Antiqua Mundi, Vestigia, Torque Heritage, Patrimonia Domus, and Maison Rare Wines are proprietary business subdivisions of the Opulentia Suisse ecosystem. All website structure, content, brand design, and strategic frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Da Costa Strategic Partner.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or in connection with the use of this website or our intermediation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Valais, Switzerland.

Formal mandates are initiated following a preliminary compliance review . 

Vestigia is a discreet mobility bridge. We do not maintain a public inventory. We manage mandates.
