• Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information is shared only under the following conditions: 

• • With your explicit consent: When presenting your profile or mandate to a verified counterparty (Buyer/Seller) within a formal agreement. 

• • Legal Compliance: When required by Swiss law or competent regulatory authorities. 

• • Third-Party Experts: With trusted independent master watchmakers, accredited gemological laboratories (e.g., GIA, Gübelin, SSEF), or legal advisors necessary for the technical vetting and execution of a transaction, always under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). 

3. Secure Communication & Storage

Due to the sensitive nature of high-value horological and gemological asset transactions: 

• We utilize encrypted communication channels for the exchange of sensitive asset dossiers, serial numbers, certificates, and portfolio documentation. 

• All client data is stored on secure Swiss-hosted servers, benefiting from the robust legal privacy protections of the Swiss jurisdiction. 

• We implement advanced physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, data exposure, or breaches. 

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes of your mandate or as required by Swiss statutory record-keeping obligations. If a mandate is completed or not established, your sensitive compliance data is securely archived or purged according to Swiss legal protocols.
